  • Electric - Jasper. The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission's electric service territory map places Jasper in Jasper Municipal Electric Utilities' territory. Source
  • Water source. Jasper Municipal Water treats surface water drawn from the Patoka River, with the city-owned, 205-acre Beaver Creek Reservoir as a backup source; in 2025 the utility also began importing treated water from Patoka Regional Water and Sewer District. Source
